This combined Terms of Service ("Terms") and Privacy Policy ("Policy") is written to be compatible with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads requirements, including for Lead Ads, the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, Custom Audiences, and retargeting. Replace bracketed placeholders with your company’s legal details before publishing.

A) Terms of Service

4) Eligibility and Accounts

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to act for your business. If we provide any portal or account access, you must keep credentials confidential and are responsible for all activity under your account.

5) Fees, Invoices, and Payment

Fees will be described in an executed proposal, order form, or separate agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due upon receipt and past‑due balances may incur late fees. You agree to reimburse reasonable collection costs and fees.

6) Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our services, scrape or reverse‑engineer our sites, submit unlawful content, or use our deliverables to violate applicable laws (including insurance, privacy, and advertising laws).

7) Intellectual Property

All site content, methods, templates, and deliverables we provide remain our intellectual property unless expressly assigned. We grant you a limited license to use deliverables internally for your legitimate business needs, subject to these Terms and any service agreement.

8) Testimonials and Case Studies

  • Lead forms (website or Meta Lead Ads): name, company, role, email, phone, location, project details, and any other information you choose to submit.

  • Service onboarding and communications: billing details, service scope, contracts, and support messages.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data: IP address, identifiers (cookies, pixels), browser, operating system, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, and timestamps.

  • Ads & analytics data via Meta Business Tools (e.g., Meta Pixel, Conversions API), Google Analytics, and similar technologies that help measure performance and retarget ads.

Information from third parties

  • Marketing partners, data enrichment providers, and publicly available sources consistent with law and your settings.

3) How We Use Information

  • To provide, operate, and improve our websites and services.

  • To respond to inquiries and provide customer support.

  • Advertising and measurement: to create, deliver, and measure ads (including on Meta technologies), build or refine audiences, and analyze performance; to personalize content and ads where permitted by law.

  • Security and fraud prevention, legal compliance, and enforcing agreements.

4) Cookies, Pixels, and Similar Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, SDKs, and server‑to‑server connections (including the Meta Pixel and Conversions API) to understand site usage, attribute conversions, and run retargeting. You can manage cookies in your browser settings and opt out of interest‑based advertising as described in Section 9.

7) Custom Audiences & Matching (Meta)

Where permitted, we may use first‑party contact data you provide (e.g., email, phone) to create Customer List Custom Audiences on Meta technologies. We take steps to hash or otherwise protect identifiers before transfer where required. You may opt out of this use at any time (see Section 9). If you provide us with contact lists for audience creation, you represent you have valid authority/consent to do so and that all required notices were provided to the data subjects.

8) Data Retention

We retain Personal Information for as long as needed for the purposes described, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We apply criteria such as account status, legal requirements, and technical constraints to determine retention periods.

9) Your Choices and Opt‑Outs

  • Marketing communications: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in the message or by contacting us.

D) "Do Not Sell or Share / Targeted Advertising Opt‑Out" Page Template

Create a page at /privacy-choices or /do-not-sell-or-share with:

  • Plain‑language explanation that we do not sell Personal Information for money, but we may "share" Personal Information for cross‑context behavioral/targeted advertising.
