I started Ideal Claims to give roofing contractors the estimating department they shouldn’t have to hire. What matters most to me is the relationship: knowing our contractors by name, doing the work right the first time, and being easy to reach when they need us. Outside the office I’m with my family in the Colorado high country, on skis or a snowmobile through the winter and on a golf course the rest of the year.
